I took Neotigason (a drug which increases tissue growth) for psoriasis from 1991 to recently when (age 72) I was diagnosed as having cardio myopathy with a EF of 35%.
I immediately stopped the Neotigason suspecting a connection with the myopathy
I do not know any generic term for Neotigason or what it is called in the USA
