Puberty Problem, Is it delayed?

I'm 14 years old, and my body hasn't really start puberty. I've noticed almost every other boy in my school (8th grade) is already done with puberty and I feel insecure sometimes. I am about 5' 6" and weigh about 160 pounds but I am loosing weight. I have extremely light pubic hair and theres very little of that. I have noticed just a little bit of darkened hair that is visible in every lighting. I have a tiny tiny tiny tiny bit of arm pit hair, and no facial hair. My voice hasn't cracked and I have not hit my growth spurt.

Is this a problem that I have to talk to my dad or doctor about or is it just a delayed natural process and I just started. I would really prefer not to talk to anyone about this except for these forums I found surfing google. Thanks to whoever helps

I masturbate almost every day, and when I reach climax a clear liquid that feels cold uses to just slowly come out of my penis, but now its starting to squirt out reaching a distance of atleast 3 inchs. Its alittle cold, alittle sticky and clear.

Hi mate. Please don't worry, many young men don't start puberty until 14 or 15. I'm sure that many of your friends have started puberty, but they definately won't have finished yet, as it takes several years for all the changes to happen. I know it can be embarrassing when your friends see you, and you are not developed as much as they are. The fact that you have started to develop armpit hair and some pubic hair show that you are starting puberty. Also, the fact that you can ejaculate when you masturbate suggests that things are developing down there as well. Often, a mans voice doesn't break until later in puberty, so don't worry if this doesn't happen for a while. You should talk to your dad about this if you are worried. Often you will follow the same pattern of puberty as your dad, so he too may not have started developing early. As I say, beginning puberty at 14 is perfectly normal. You will probably have a growth spurt soon, and may well finish puberty before your friends. I hope this helps. Regards, John
