Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

My sister has been diagnosed with Sarcoidis, now they are saying that she has PAH(Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension) and both are killing her. They prescribed Tracleer for the PAH but the cost is astronomical and her insurance does not cover it...They state that the Sarcoid is a misc. disease... What does this mean? Because of the Sarcoid she developed PAH?

Please help with any advise or persons that can help...We are running out of time
