Pulsating Feeling Under My Jaw Bone On The Right Side Causes

Hi,
I am new here and I also want to fill you in on my age which is 43. I feel like I should go to go to the Dr. as I feel something is wrong as my Dr. is not taking me seriously over these symptoms I am having for a while now and that have been progressing. Also, heart diesese runs rampid in my family I have been suffering from chest pain for a few years now and it is always precipitated by this pulsating feeling under my jawbone on the right side of my neck. I can feel the pulsating then the middle of my chest gets very tight wit so much pressure it feels like someone is sitting on my chest and crushing it. In between these 2 things it also travels up my jaw bone and into my right ear not the left. Sometimes when i press on my jaw bone in this area it feels bruised inside of that area and it can sometimes precipitate the chest pain to come on. I have had numerous EKG;s that have all come back normal and my dr. ordered a heart stress test 2 years ago and I could not do the tread mill test due to my lungs being so bad so they put me on a table and placed some stuff in an IV to race my heart and looked at a camera. My dr. said it came back normal but I got a copy of he test result recently and it said normal but there were periods of slight isheamia during the test so I am not sure what that means. Also, I was always have a very good blood pressure and when I was at the pharmacy like a month ago I got these chest crushing pains so bad I could barely move let alone walk and they had a BP machine there and I managed to get my coat off cause I was in so much pain and I did my BP on that machine and I forget the exact number but it was like 160 over something which i thought to be weird,. The thing is I have been getting a lot of chest pain lately and I am scared as it is now fluctuating between the middle of my chest to the left side. A few times I have woken up with pain in the middle of the night that is a little different it is close to the middle of my chest but kinda under my breast bone and it is such a bad pain that it feel like one of my ribs were gonna crack if I move one bit and I had to get help out of bed. I am just curious as to what all of you think of what is going on with me and what your suggestions might be. Thank You for your help
