Question about Chlamyidia-Broke Condom?

I have question about transmitting Chlamydia. I had sex about 5 days ago the condom broke and I was in her for a few minutes unprotected. I know she has it, so I was wondering can she infect me through broken condom. So far I've had no real burning or itching or painful urination, so what are the symptoms?

I have Chlamydia and I fighting with it for weeks. My symptoms are heavy discharge,
pain and loud rumbling in the stomach, itching….I made my boyfriend to take meds too, just in case. If your girlfriend takes them then you should be too. I don't know about broken condom, but I think it is possible.
