Question about chronic lower right abdomenal pain

For the last week I've been having this strange pain in the lower right side of my stomach. It feels very sore like I pulled a muscle but I know I haven't done anything to pull one. It hurts more when I strain my stomach to urinate. I can feel the soreness when I walk. I've had it for about 5 days. I am worried that it could be something very serious. I haven't gone to the doctor because I don't have insurance right now so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also had this pain. Ha dblood tests done by doctor and it showed stomach infection.....Helicobacter Pyorli
