Question about froeskin covering entire penis when erect

i think i have a little problem here. i find that when my penis is soft, my foreskin covers my whole penis and when it is erect the foreskin still covers the whole penis, including the head. i was just wondering if this is normal or not. i am 20 yrs of age.
