I'm 14 and usualy i'm in bed when I masterbate and it lands on around my penis and testicles and I use a tissue to clean it off is that safe? It doesn't touch my urethra because I have foreskin and should my foreskin go back when I'm hard?

This is why Klenex stays in business. No harm in where it lands or what it touches., Klenex work great. Seman will stain clothing and you dont want to explain that.

At your age 1-2 times a day may be normal but take a break once in a while so you can think about other things in life.
