When my friends say they have sex for an hour or two with their girlfriends and whatever, does that mean they have penatrative sex that long or does that include foreplay?
How long does penatrative sex actually last?
I normally can't last longer than 15 minutes of actual vaginal penetration before I can't hold it in anymore and I orgasm. If I have foreplay before sex for 45 minutes then have sex for 15 minutes is that considered an hour of sex? No matter what I try I just cannot last longer in a girl than 15 minutes. I've read it's average to only last 4-5 minutes but then why do people say they have sex for an hour (unless they include foreplay)? Is it possible that most people do have penatrative sex for an hour without releasing?
Well, it is possible to last longer than 15 minutes . It doesn't mean that the action lasts for an hour straight. There is changing positions, drinking water, oral sex and things like that.
