You will need at least three months to lose 20lbs and call it a healthy weight loss. I don’t see another way. I don’t even think you can lose this much in shorter time. I managed to lose 22 lbs in three months by using a diet that a doc wrote about in a book. I started with 800 calories a day and continue to 1000, 1200 and 1400 calories during the three months. I ate every three hours cooked meat, vegetables, fruits, and diary products. It was hard at the beginning but later on it was great because I felt no hunger since I have been eating every three hours. I lost 14 lbs in the first month and another 8 in the next two months. You also need to change the way you think, so you would have to undergo such a diet if you wanted it to be successful.
