ok im 19 years old male.. i have recently quit smoking cigs. and weed. i also cut back on drinking from every day to about 2-3 times a week.. i constantly feel sick. my stomach hurts all the time.. i have about zero energy.. and i can not focus at all on any thing.. it is as though literly my vision is blured and im just walking aimlessly to one destination.. as an example... i also drinks lots of water and am on a very healthy diet.. i eat no fast food and drink no soda.. energy drinks probally 4 times a week.. just wondering what i can do to feel better.. cause when i smoked and drank i could concentrate easily and it almost felt normal to me i did it so much.. is this a withdrawl.. because i do not get addicted to things at all i quit smoking about 3 weeks to a month ago never did it since friends smoke around me i dont..

Ok, I know exactly what you are going through--with smoking, not so much the drinking.

I'm a 19 year old female. I have tried so many times to stop smoking and have failed many times. I think I've finally done it though. I have gone almost 6 months without a cig and I went through the same feelings that you are going through right now.

THE REASON: You are basically detoxifying your body. You are getting rid of substances that you body has gotten used.

During my first few weeks of no smoking, I had zero energy, constant headaches, a cold, and I was a total B!T(H. I totally felt better when I was smoking, but eventually that all passed.

The third month will probably be the hardest for you, because that's when EVERYTHING has left the body--your nicotene cravings will become like crazy intense!!

Good Luck!!

I honestly don't know if any of this helped you, but I thought I would share my story.
