REFLEXOLOGY and relaxation during delivery?

I have been thinking a lot how to help my wife with her pregnancy. I mean, so far everything is good, but I would like to be sure that everything will be also ok during delivery. So, my friend has been telling me about reflexology and how it might help her with relaxation during delivery. Is that true?

I think that you can start with reflexology right this moment. That will ease her problems with morning sickness, nausea, headaches. As for delivery, well, there was an experiment which proved that women that were subdued to reflexology had a lot shorter period of second labor (about 16 minute) which is a lot shorter than 1 to 2 hours.
