Once you've lost it, its gone forever. Although there are some people who make vows to practice abstinence, and then call themselves virgins, but thats only emotionally, scientifically, its impossible.

You can not be come a virgin again but your hymen can heal and you can bleed again as a result of that, i'd talk to your doctor if you are worred and get tested for all the stuff you should if you are active
