Random Cramps and Abdominal Pains

Just wanting to know if anyone can relate.
Im 18 Years old. and on the Pill.
My periods are regular and not really all that painful,
However when i don't have my periods i get really bad cramps in my lower abdominal area.
and it will just come on very suddenly. Sometimes will go away quickly, other time last for a long time.
I feel very bloated and sick most nights.
everytime i have a smoke it seems to irratate whatever it is.
Now particular areas and starting to "sting" in my stomach area where i would imagine my overy to be on the right hand side.
My family has history of Bowel Cancer, but i was tested when i was younger and did not carry the gene.
i wouln't go as far as to say im pregnant as not missed a period, but still have 10 more days till its due before i can find taht out anyway.
I also find myself getting REALLy tired and frustrated alot.
Mood swings all over the place.
and sex is constantly painful.
Please any advice would be grateful.
