Rapid weight gain and other issues

I have several symptoms which are starting to be very concerning.
The past 3 weeks I have gained 15 lbs. I am cnstantly hungry. I have headaches and acid/sour bad breath when I wakeup. I am always thirsty. I am also boated in the face and fingers. Pressure behind the eyes. Extreme vaginal dryness and very frequent yeast infections.

A little history:
I have no gall bladder, no spleen (Taken out after gastric bypass surgery)
I had an RNY

After the RNY I have had reactive-hypo gyclemia issues, where I would have low blood sugar out of the blue when after eating, but nothing like these issues I have been having. I have never had type II diabetis even when I was heavy before surgery. I am just not sure what is going on with me. The weight gain is horrible and it seems to be going up 2-4 lbs a day?!

Any advice would be great.
