Rash all over body when 23weeks pregnant.

for the last 2 days a rash has appeared all on my legs, i went to the pharmacist and he gave me a cream. Tonight i have noticed that the rash has grown and is now up and down my legs, onmy arms, lower back and starting on my breasts. I am getting worried as i am afraid for my unborn child.

My wife has a similar situation and she has hives. She has been put on allegra to keep the hives under control.
