Rash on scrotum, could it be something more serious?

Hi,

I am 17 and am still a virgin, but 2 days ago i woke up to find a VERY painful rash on my scrotum, it was bad enough that it was very painful to walk and i couldnt go to work.. There were what looked like white bumps all over the skin and when i scratched it what seemed to be like puss came out.. i just thought it was a rash because i also had a rash on the tip of my penis also, but since then, the skin that i thought was a rash has started to peel and still itch.. i have heard of a disease called eczema and it really worries me that this might return like eczema, again i have NEVER had sex and i am just really worried because some people have had eczema for 20+ years without any cure.. i was just hoping someone would be able to help be and confirm this is or isnt eczema, thanks for any advice or help that can be given

Well i'm not sure what your problem is but i doubt it's exzema. I have eczema and it's not painful whatsoever, though i'm not 100% that's always the case; if it is eczema you can buy cream to make it go away, or at least minimized.

Is there any possibility they are ingrown hairs? Did you perhaps shave recently?

yes i did, but im sure it was some kind of rash, it hurt very bad and had some sort of blisters? on it, i say blisters because they almost looked like blisters but like whenever i scrached the blisters puss or what seemed like puss or something wet would come out.. that part has passed by now and now all thats left is peeling skin on the scrotum, i just thought it was weird that i had a rash (not the same rash im talking about, just like a rash when your at the beach too long) right under the head of my penis which is peeling now too.. i just want to be sure that this is not something serious and will not recurr in the future
