i am 22 years old.. and i remember just 2 and half years back i got fever of 4 degree... at that night i sweated a lot and when woke up in the morning i noticed some kind of Rashes beneath the penis and all round the scrotum but it cured by some kind of antifungal medicine (one can) and a lotion (caladryl).... but the problem i am facing since then is when ever i go in summer or there is change in sesson into summer or rainy sesson, red colored rashes starts appering beneth the penis, because of this the skin under the penis is getting sensitive day by day. Every day in morning i have to apply the lotion. when ever there is sweating beneth the penis rashes starts appering.
please if any one could give me any solution then help me.......
