Really bad headache and sore throat

I have recently travelled to Thailand and have been here for over a month; recently it rained and since then I have been feeling really strange. Headaches which I have never really had before and a really 'tight' feeling in my head, like my brain is pushing against my skull. I also have a sore thraot and blocked nose. Have you got an advice for me?

I am on malaria tablets, and had a hep A injection before I arrived.
