Really confused about possible pregnancy- Plz read it is str

Hello- I am 23 years old and a little while back I had one sharp pain in my abdomen that lasted for about a minute- It was a week or so before my period was suppost to come. I had lots of brown discharge and slight but not serious cramping- I started bleeding slightly but it came out liquidy pink at first and turned into little amounts of bright red(not the colour I normally have) It lasted for about 2 days but came when my normal period was suppost to come. It is gone and now is a really super light brown discharge but not alot- only a small amount.
I woke up the other day and had a burst of energy really early in the morning- but then felt dizzy suddenly and very heavy- then had bad nausea but did not vomit. After that- I had serious diarrhea for about half an hour- it felt like the flu.
Now I havent felt sick since but I have bad bloating especially after I eat salad? It is strange- I was also thirsty 2 days ago I needed to drink TONS of water but today I am fine and normal.
Is this pregnancy?
