Recent ED problems and lack of orgasm during sex

ok so i am 17m and have had intercourse several times with 2 partners so far. Out of all the times ive had sex, only once have i actually orgasmed and it took over an hour... so up untill recently ive just been thinking well.. maby because im uncircumcised + the condom and all.. i just take a while because of lack of stimulation.. but now i am having trouble getting/retaining an erection with my partner... i have no idea why this is happening... im 17.. and im not on any drugs so.. the only posible thing that im thinking is either that while my partner was preforming fellatio she bit down pritty hard leaving scars on..yeah.. maby some nerve damage?.. or that ive heard excessive caffine can cause ED... and i do have 200-400 mg of caffiene per day..
