I am really embarrassed about this but i need help. My penis has recently got a lot smaller. And ever time I ejaculate a couple days later my penis really hurts it has sore spots and little rigid's on the head please help.

Ridges? How so? Are they white? Red? Black? Do they look like the skin cracked apart and formed into a 'frill' like shape per-say? I would get this checked out by a medical doctor regardless.
