Hi, I have started special diet to reduce cholesterol level in my blood. Does anybody have recipes for delicious meals, which don’t take too much time to be prepared?

Yes, certainly you can enjoy food and still be feeding healthy. I can give you some general advices about preparation of food. For instance, even lean meat has fat in it, so you should broil rather than pan-fry meats, try to use a rack to drain off fat when broiling or baking. You can apply wine or fruit juices, to keep meat moist. If you cook a day before, the fat will harden in the fridge, so you can remove it. Add spices and herbs to make dishes tastier. Try rosemary with peas, cauliflower and squash, oregano with zucchini, majoram with Brussels sprouts, carrots and spinach.
