Honestly, I am getting sick and tired of all those junk I have been eating ever since I know for myself. I also do not exercise and it is a true wonder how I do not have much extra weight. I have already made a plan that includes complete change of menu, and it is actually based on vegan food. Can you give me any recommendation for vegan snacks?

Perhaps you should start with standard vegetarian diet, before vegan meals. I mean, you could use it in transition period. It would be hard to go from junk food to vegan in a day; perhaps vegetarian meals should be more appropriate in the beginning. Anyway, vegan snacks there are many things you can choose here, vegan chocolate being the most interesting. At least for me.

I am vegan and one of my favourite snacks would be crackers dipped or spreaded with salsa.
Also some others I like are fruit, vegan rice crackers and tomatoes on toast.

Maybe try some of those.
You could always look online for vegan recipes/snacks. Just google "vegan snacks" and there will be heaps of things to chose from.

I also agree with the comment above though. Going from eating everything, to being vegan will be difficult. You may feel weak for the first few days as your body will be getting used to the new foods you will be eating (and not eating).
I would recommend starting off with a vegetarian diet for maybe a few weeks at minimum before transitioning to a full vegan diet. But if you want to go vegan straight away, then not my choice to make.

p.s, I hope you find some good vegan snacks Smile
