My father has been using Celecoxib for almost three months and I have to admit that it helped him with his joint problems. He has some sort of rheumatoid arthritis which was manifested mostly with morning stiffness and constant pain. But, he started complaining on dizziness and nausea. Can you tell me what recommended celecoxib dosage is?

Recommended dosage is 100 to 200mg per day, and I assume that is the dosage the doctor told him to take. Unfortunately, what he is experiencing are side effects of this drug (Celebrex is a brand name). These symptoms are more manifested if the therapy lasts longer, and I am afraid that would be your father's case too. You should monitor his condition and if the symptoms get worse, ask for a change of therapy.
