Recovering from appendicitis while pregnant?

Hello! My good friend is pregnant and she got appendicitis. She yesterday went to hospital. As I understood, regarding the fact that she is pregnant, they don to her laparoscopic surgery. She is still in hospital. I want to know something more about recovering from appendicitis during pregnancy because I want to help her. Thanks!

Hello! It is very nice because you want to help your friend. I can tell you that she will probably get out from the hospital in next few days (usually 3 days after surgery). She really need to rest. It is needed to check out two times a day temperature and if she cannot eat after rive days after surgery she need to visit doctor.
