Every 3 weeks i see one or two small lumps in my rectum area, when i pass a bowel mvement it bleeds, like a thin strip on the stool and then there is burning which can last like the whole day , its worse while sitting and i have a desk job. Then by itself the lumps go away and everything is normal .... can anybody tell me what this is ?
