|
|
I’m 38 years old, female have double problem. Not long ago, I experienced sharp pain in rectal area when had intercourse, actually it occurred during orgasm. Next time it occurred also related to orgasm, but as there was no penetration, I’ve started thinking that it was something to be concerned about. I’ve always had normal, regular sexual life, never suffered from std and visited my gyn approximately twice a year, only for routine control. I’m planning to see her of course, but she’s not available in next two weeks. What do you know about this type of problem?

I agree that you should be concerned about the pain you experienced. I guess that exam like ultrasound is the first that should be done, because there may be a cyst or polyp that cause pain. It probably makes pressure in rectal area during orgasm that is actually kind of spasm. Ovarian cysts are normal to occur in women at the age of forties and are treated successfully. I believe that nothing serious can be cause of that pain you felt, as you said that you were that regular at your gyn’s.
