I am a candidate for Rectocele surgery but I am not convinced it will benefit me enough. I am looking for info from anyone who has had this surgery. What were your symptoms? How was the recovery from surgery? Did it improve your symptoms? I have been diagnosed with IBS but the surgeon thinks some of those problems (constipation, gas, bloating, stomach pain) might be corrected with this surgery. Thanks for your imput.
