hi
i am an athletic young man in my thirties, health conscious, i am single, do not have much sex unfortunatly, and do not smoke or drink much, and have not had any anal sex (with a guy) in three years aprx.
i do have hemmoroids occasionally that itch, i have had herpes,
in the past two years i have started to get fissures( as i have been told by a doctor i saw).
I recently had a swollen anal gland, then began having stinging urination for about 7 days , my genitals-pelvis were sensitive and hurt, and on top of this a fissure occured , Now some recurring red stingy/itchy lines from my anal muscle out are back. I have since developed a dull pain above my hip in my right back side.. feels like a swollen lump. Also think i may have had herpes back too. I feel horrible and liek im going to peices.
I have been to the doctors twice , given antibiotics and tests, and all tests urinary/sensitivity/ Clamyd & gonnorria etc..all have come back negative and no bacteria. 2 weeks now and i still have vry slight urethral burning, the dull pain and back lump is everpresent, and these lines and lesions are present. I am concerned about this. (the fissure has healed and the genital and pelvic sensitivity has subsided)
* I dont have much money or any health coverage and not certain how serious i should consider this to be. could this be some sort of cancer?
Not sure what to do or who to see at this point.
i have taken anti biotics, herbs, and pro-biotics, cranberry Juice, ..which helped alot, now taking specific herbs, vitamins, and specific aminos, carefully, referring to a credible Urologists and Nutrtionists publications and some journals i've read. |

Although some of your symptoms remind of the UTI and bacterial infection, the tests show it is not.
But stinging in the urethra may be caused by anything that can cause inflammation of the urethral inner lining. You should be aware that herpes simplex 2 can cause inflammation of the urethra and urethral opening. Have you been treated for herpes outbreak since the problem occurred?
Has your prostate been checked? Has the doc taken prostate fluid specimen for evaluation to check for infections?
Although it occurs in older men, benign prostatic hyperplasia can be caused by androgen levels changes and could cause painful urination. Benign prostatic hyperplasia is not cancer and it doesn’t lead to cancer, it is a benign age-related prostate enlargement.
However, genitor-urinary malignancies are also associated with burning urination sensations. |
