I have been diagnosed with bronchitis twice in less then two months now. I usually am diagnosed at least once a year but never twice in a row. I am a smoker, about a half pack a day. My fingernails have been curling under for about two months now. Also I just began having sharp chest pain on the right side right under the breast. This pain happens with deep breathing and shoots into my back. I am worried that my constant Recurring bronchitis and other problems is leading to lung problems. Please if anyone has any advice on if all these problems are related and what to do about the bronchitis to maybe prevent it I would really appreciate it. I have been suseptable to bronchitis and pneumonia all my life, and I think its taking a toll along with the cigaretts. All comments welcome. Thank you
