Let me start off by saying I'm an 18 yr old virgin who's not had contact down there in over 2 months.

Two days ago I noticed a small red area that's developed on the inside part of my penis. It's on that spongy skin thats connected to the head, but not on the head itself. It hasn't gotten worse. It does not itch. I can really only feel it if i pinch it or rub it hard. A couple hours ago I was rubbing it and some skin peeled off. Please help I have no idea what this is Sad.

After looking around I was worried it might be scabies but I have no itching whatsoever.
