| Can you help me with my problem? I am 27 years old and it looks like I am having some acne problem. I am not sure why those occurred but the problem is here, and those acnes are more like red blotches on face. I don't know what to do and I am becoming more and more desperate! |

| Well, I think that the best thing you can do for now is find the reason for those acnes appearing. I guess that the previous time you had them you were a teenager, so I understand why you are so alarmed. Still, it is not something that serious, sometimes it might happen because of the stress (with me, when I eat too much sweets, I get acnes!). Of course, there is a small possibility of some underlying condition, and that requires medical examination, blood test at least. |
