I have a red line running from the tip of my penis all the way down to my scrotum. I have never had sex (I'm 16 - the farthest I have gotten is 2nd base) and this appeared when I was in 7th grade. It does not hurt and it hasn't changed at all since it first appeared. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? It looks almost like a splotchy red birthmark.
