Red Spots with tiny whitehead looking thing in the middle

I just got these red spots that are like 1 cm. in diameter and are scattered around my inner thigh, not my vagina, but very close. They have a little whitehead in the middle that makes them look like pimples almost!?!?! I have no clue what it is and Im freaking out. If anyone has any clue what this is let me know!!
