Hey i'm 15 and haven't had sex. I have got these little white dots on my base of my penis. There not a problem since i know these are because of puberty, but one of these small white 'pimples' went red and stuck out a bit more its painful when it touched feels like a spot and looks like a spot with a white head on it, i was just wondering if it was natural to get spots on the penis during puberty?

i had those 2 checked out by a clinic the nurse said 2 me its a natural thing to help moisten the penis
