Red/ Purple, different sized dots on my shaft

These red and purple different sized dots came after having sex. Protected sex with my girlfriend who is STD clear. We both are, and have been having steady sex over the past few months. However, this weekend we did it quite a bit. I noticed this morning that there were about over 30 (some tiny, some small) purple and red dots on the shaft of my penis. The are abnormally shaped. By looking at it, it just looks like a popped blood vessel. Anyone else on the same page here? I am wondering if this has happened to anyone, and I'f they could help.
