Im a 16 yr old male. For the longest time I've had a slight burning/irritation only at the very TIP of the penis (meatus). I went to doctor at first, he said it was nothing. Went to a clinic and they examined and found i have a tight frenulum, and my skin cant retract when erect (only when flaccid). This makes any form of sexual contact threaten to rip the frenulum. Ive been tested for urinary infection, various STDS (although these symptoms have been going on long before any sexual contact) and nothing turned out. Im getting a circumsision in a couple months. is it possible this constant irritation/red meatus is simply irritation from the foreskin / clothing and that its just a chronic thing?
