Red bumps on shaft of penis. Burning when i pee

hi, ive noticed that i have small red bumps on the shaft of my penis they are really small and you can barely see them they are spread out in different spots. I also notice sort of a red bump with a black tip on the head of my penis it is small as well but really red in that area. IT also burns to pee. I thought i had a kidney infection so i took the medicine and it made the burning go away. but the bumps where still there. after i got through taking the medicine the burning came back but isnt as bad as b4. Please i am very worried and would like to know whats going on.

hi i have this i have many white spots all over my sack
i think this is where your puberty starts to come through
i also notice that my sack some times turns read but
i have no lumps yet
