Hi im a 27 year old female. I have this red oval bump which hurts on the outside of my female parts where there is hair. I am not sure if I should go see my doctor or not, I do have ovarian cysts. My husband thinks its an STD, but I have had this happen before and it went away. Should i be worried?

Yesterday I noticed my upper right area of the area where there is hair an inflamation. I touched it and it is painful, like a big pimple or something alike. It is red , no vaginal discharges or itching, just that.I used triple antibiotic and today it is the same
