Red pimple on base of PENIS

About a week after I had sex with this one girl i noticed a small red pimple on the bottom of the shaft of my penis on the right side only. I call it a pimple but really it was just a red spot. It did not hurt or itch and went away three days later. However, in the meantime I have been feeling like I have had to pee a lot but nothing burns and when I do pee its normal. I did use a condom with this girl but before putting it on we did have contact with each other which is why I am worried. Its probably nothing but any feedback will ease my mind.
