Red spots on glans, and burning sensation

I had, and I regret, unprotected sex for the first time a few days a go. I'm worried because I've noticed I have developed three or four tiny red spots on my glans. Also, my penis every now and then tends to feel like it's burning inside - not after urinating as such, just in general mainly. It comes and goes.

I don't know what is wrong. Have I caught a STD? I've looked at all sorts of dieases and I really don't know what is wrong.

i am in the same boat exactly, but minus the burning. I'm feeling perhaps a strange sensation sometimes, but no burning.

My red spots have in fact turned a very light yellow colour now.
