Red spots on head and under foreskin, and swollen under fore

I am 15 and lost my verginity roughly 2 weeks ago...I ripped my frenum on entry and only continued having intercourse for only about 10 seconds because of the pain.Everything was fine, except for the fact my frenum was ripped.Everytime I go back to my gf's I usualy gve her oral pleasure and she returns by a bj or just rubbing my penis.

Caqusing the frenum to slightly rip and not heal.Just 2 days ago I noticed there was a red dots almost connected on the head of my penis.And when I pull the foreskin back witch hurts fromt the frenum being ripped.The under foreskin is swollen and very red and looks like scars.

My girl friend was not a virgin, I was her second and I am almost certain its not an STD on other threads I have been reading on very similliar or exact symptoms.

Toi my questions; what could I do to decrease the redness and the sweeling. And what should I do about it.It doesnt itch but is very sensetive when the foreskin is pulled back witch just barley goes behind the head and buldges out.

My next question is what could I do to let the frenum heal faster.My gf just started her period so we have both decided to stop until I heal...
