Red spots on the head of penis/inner foreskin

I have a decent amount of small red dots(probably around 10) on the head of my penis, and a few just below thep enis on the shaft , im wondering what this is? Im single, a virgin, so it cant be an STD or anything like that can it? I masterbated twice in one day after not masterbating for a while and the second time in the day i noticed them so could it be some irritation? Also i dont take any antibiotics ( alot of painkillers for my back though its been hurting me of late and ive been sick for about 3 or 4 days). Wondering if any of this might also be the problem, any help is appreciated.
