Redness, Itching and small bumps

So my partner and I recently started having unprotected sex and for the first time he ejaculated inside of me 2 times. I did urinate both times after sex to prevent uti. Later that night into the next day I started experiencing itching and redness right inside of the vagina on both sides and no where else. I realy didnt even have an irregular discharge and I did not notice an odor. I kept looking at myself with a mirror and the only other thing that was different was that there was a kinda transparent white film over the redness. So I was thinking either Yeast Infection or Bacterial Vaginosis. So I started a Monistat 3 pack last night to see what would happen. It sems as though the itching has gone away. There is still redness on both sides and ooking further in on both sides there are 2 small whitish clear bumps on both sides not very much bigger than a pin head. I dont notice any irregular discharge or odor. I was diagnosed with HPV several years ago and am monitored yearly by pap smear for any changes. I am really freaked out about this current situation. Does anyone have any advice?
