I was just wondering if anyone can help me with this problem. It seems that every time I have sex or have oral sex, some small reed spots appears in my penis, there is also some readness/sore around my the base of my head, this small spots also appear every time I pleasure my self. After a shower and a little of Aloe Vera the redness and spot seem to go away or decrease. But they never go away completely. If anyone happens to know what this is, feel free to advice on how to treat this issue.
