I Got Redness on my penis and white dots. they are on one side only. the dont hurt or itch at all. When i shower and try to clean it thats when it starts to turn redder. Its not going away!!! O and there is this line on the side on my penis, its like extra skin or something 0_0. And then it reaches to the top of my penis and thats where its red. IS IT BAD????
