| This is really a breeze, I just feel sooooooooooooooo GOOD, I haven't notice any side effects what so ever, Only good stuff, I am not tired as often, I ride my bike longer, I have more energy, I am not dieting, just watching what I eat, but I don't need to eat as much as I did. Are you dieting??? |

Hi
I am not dieting! However, I do watch what i eat - like I stay away from chocolates and other fatty foods and or fast foods as much as I can. Besides, I put in a half an hour or so on the treadmill too!
I don't really feel the urge to eat as much and hence maybe it is good for my greedy self that I am on this pill redusyn!
What have you been doing daily? normal everyday-to-day things or you putting any changes recently when you started your pill? how long are you continuing? |

| Yes this is really going better than I thought, no I am not doing any special diet, just like you, I am eatching what I eat, no junk food, lots of fruits and rice dishes. As for exercise I ride my bike to work, but now I take the long way, and been on my home traines, but slowly. Yes Redusyn has really been a plus point for me. |

| I think I need to exercise too. But unfortunately I don't really know which kind of sport would be the best for me. I don't want to stop eating chocolate. Yeah I know I am a weak person... Nevertheless which would be the best sport for me? I need something which burns a lot of calories! |

| How much chocolate do you eat a day? I think that if you are young, you could go to a gym, or do arobics, that would burn a lot of calories up. You will have to find something that you like, otherwise you won't stick to it. I really like riding my bike all over, and somethimes I stop at a cafe and drink a cup of coffee. |

Definitely too much I would say in average four bars of chocolate a week. I just love to eat it while watching tv in the evening.... Unfortunately there is no gym in our village and I don't have enough money to buy a trainer. Biking-well I don't like that very much. I think it is very boring... |

| That is way too much chocolate, try 1/2 a bar, and make it last all week. I mean I use to inhale chocolate too, but I want to lose weight more now than eating chocolate bars. How about swimming?? That is fun, and summer is coming up then you can go to a nice lake and make a day of it. |

I know but what could I eat instead? I really need something to eat while relaxing in the evening. I tried fruit but this didn't satisfy me at all. And candies are just as bad as choclate I guess. Do you know any light options? Swimming-well I could try that although I don't really like it that much. Do you think it is also possible to burn calories while bowling? |
