Why don't you make yourself a big bowl of popcorn at night (without butter and salt) or sunflower seeds in the shell, you can eat all you want then. Yes I think bowling will burn off calories, that is also a very good idea for me, haven't done that in a long time.

Well I don't like popcorn that much and honestly I believe that without butter and salt is woud taste even worse Smile And sunflower seeds...well I don't think that this could be alternative. It is not comparable with chocolate at all Sad
Okay thanks a lot for the info! I am going to go bowling tonight!

This is my 10th day of taking redusyn and I have lost 8 1/2 lbs, this is really easy and I feel great, believe me you don't even want to eat candy. I just eat fruits when I am hungry, and that is enough for me. That will be fun to go bowling, I know I had a great time and I want to go again.

Wow that is quite much weight during such a short period of time! I guess you are very satisfied with redusyn, aren't you? But still it sounds unbeliebable to be that you don't even want the candies. I mean I could eat chocolate all the time...I think I should really give those pills a try...

Yes I am so very happy with redusyn, I never though it would work this good. I am surprised that it is working so well for me, I am so happy about this. It is really the first time I have lost weight without any great effort. I hope to reach my goal by summer.

But I thought that you were changing your eating habits too, weren't you? So you have to put some effort in the whole thing, don't you? I ordered redusyn last night. Hopefully it will work for me too. Maybe it would help me to curb my craving for chocolate. I want to be thin again...

Yes, it seems like my eating habits are changing by themselves, I know it sounds funny but it is true, maybe Redusyn does that. Of course I am watching out, I just don't think about food that much, before it was always on my mind. Did you order redusyn for 1 month? Hope your chocolate habit gets better.

That is so great. Did you also love to eat candies and chocolate too before you started taking redusyn? Yeah I ordered a one month supply. I want to make sure that the pills really work for me. Actually I don't really think so but I don't give up hope. I will let you know!

Before I ate anything that contained sugar, candy bars, chips and dip, ice cream and not just alittle, gobs of the stuff. That is why I am so surprised that I don't eat it any more, I don't even think about it. I hope that redusyn helps you like it helps me.

This is my 16th day and I am still losing without very much effort. I have now lost 13lbs and I am very ahppy about this. I never thought that this would work this well. I have noticed that I am more active and I want to do more things, where before I didn't do much after work, now I try to do some kind of activity every night, even if it is a bike ride.
