Reflexology points to help feet swelling?

Hi! I have a problem with feet swelling. It started few months age. I didn't go to see a doctor yet. I plan to go to reflexologist first because I heard that reflexology treatment can help me. Still I can't imagine that pressure on certain points can do miracles. Is it truth that reflexology points may help feet swelling?
